Assembly with parallel motor and trunnion mounting

Actuators in this version are designed for applications requiring the most compact possible mounting, for demanding applications in terms of both performance and size. The synchronous transmission design allows the motor to be mounted in parallel, with fixing by means of 2 trunnions on the actuator body. This type of mounting greatly reduces the overall dimensions, and is dedicated to demanding applications where the actuator with in-line motor cannot be mounted.

Depending on your requirements, they are available in MST (trapezoidal screw) or MSK (ball screw) versions.

Depending on the application, electric actuators can be fitted with 400 V-3 AC three-phase asynchronous motors, electronically commutated EC brushless servomotors or 24-48 V DC direct current motors.

Numerous options are also available for these actuators: 2 limit switches, electric overload limiter to protect the actuator and the mechanics in the event of accidental blockage of the installation, absolute or incremental encoder for precise servo-control and multiple position control, mechanical mounting brackets....

These actuators cover a range of displacement forces from 100 daN to 200,000 daN for speeds from 5 to 500 mm/sec and strokes from 100mm to 10,000mm.

Application example: Electric actuator for levelling steel rails in a steelworks for the rail industry.
